PHONE ORDERS:Although we would be happy to walk you through the order process and answer any questions you may have, due to accuracy issues all orders must be placed through our website. All phone orders will not be returnable or exchangable for any reason.

SHIPPING INQUIRIES: UPS will send tracking infomation directly to you via your email address once your item has shipped and only if the email address provided to us is a valid email address. This email will be addressed as QUANTUM VIEW NOTIFY. If you have not received this email you can log on to your account (if an account was created or used when checking out) and the status of your order will be listed. Please note time in transit shown below. UPS does not deliver on Saturday unless Saturday delivery is selected and does not deliver regardless of delivery method on Sunday.

If you have not received notification that your order has shipped please wait until it has been one week since ordering to inquire about order status otherwise we may not be able to assist you.
